SHIPPING POLICY
Estimated time of delivery can take longer than expected due to an invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.

If your package has not been delivered or your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact Customer Service to verify within 45 days of the order date. For other orders, products, and logistics-related issues, you must contact customer service within 90 days of the order date.

Star Fashion will charge Taxes(Taxes may include GST(Goods and Service Tax), PST(Provincial Sales Tax), HST(Harmonized Sales Tax) where applicable. )

During peak sale season, the delivery time of your package(s) may take a little bit longer. Thanks for your patience. Please go to "my orders" to track your order.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We hope you love what you ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return process super easy.

How long do I have before making a return, and do I have to pay for shipping?

1. You must send back and postmark your return package within 45 days from the purchase date. No returns made after this time frame will be accepted.

2. The first return label of each order is FREE! You must use the return label we provide then send it back and postmark the package within 45 days from the purchase date.
​
3. If you have already returned items from an order but would like to make returns for additional items, you must do so within 45 days from the purchase date. These are the two methods:

â‘ You can pay 10 CAD for an additional return label fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

â‘¡ You can use your own shipping method at your own cost.
